1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in: No refund.
No-show (Failure to check-in without prior notice): No refund.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 30 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

The refund will be processed in 10-15 Days time.

The refund will be credited in 20-30 Days time.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Any transaction fees charged by banks/payment gateways will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Early Check-Out & Modifications

No refund will be provided for early check-outs.
Date modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, we may offer date rescheduling or credit for future stays instead of a refund.
